April 2024: Our walk into Rotherham ended with a fabulous tour of Chapel of Our Lady. Many thanks to the Friends of Chapel on the Bridge for their warm welcome and knowledgeable insights.

A Community Award for our Chairperson

Karen Wilkes, our club Chairperson, was presented with a 2024 Community Award at the Keppel Ward Celebration Event in March. This is to thank her for all the valuable contributions she has made, and continues to make. Karen has helped to organise many local events as well as fulfilling various roles in the local community.

The committee would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding whilst restrictions were in place during the pandemic.
Thankfully our walks have resumed and the church has once again been made available to us. In the interests of all members, and particularly those who have underlying health conditions, we request that members continue to use their reusable cups in the church. This also reduces the amount of work for those who loyally prepare our refreshments every week.
